Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to Artha Darshan workshop bookings with Conscious Living Solutions.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation requests received more than 6 hours before the scheduled programme start qualify for a 100% refund of the workshop fee paid. Cancellations are not accepted at or within 6 hours before the programme, or after it starts. All times are in IST.

For a Friday programme starting at 6 PM IST, your cancellation request must be received before 12 noon IST that Friday.

How to request a cancellation

Email admin@consciousliving.solutions or message WhatsApp +91 99801 06108 with your booking reference and selected programme date. The time your request is received determines eligibility. We will confirm the request and provide the applicable refund processing information; bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.

Rescheduling

Contact admin@consciousliving.solutions to request rescheduling. A request does not automatically transfer your booking; wait for confirmation from the organiser.

Programme changes and payment issues

If the organiser changes or cancels your programme, or a payment is received when no seat can be confirmed, contact us with your booking reference so we can resolve your booking and explain the available options. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
