When you book Artha Darshan, Conscious Living Solutions collects your name, email and mobile number to manage your booking and contact you about the workshop.

Information we use

We use your selected programme, booking reference, payment status, consent choices and contact details to reserve a seat, verify payment, provide workshop updates and handle support or refund requests. Campaign tags and advertising click identifiers in your visit URL may be saved with your booking to understand where enquiries originate. Do not include sensitive information in your enquiry.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Service providers

Booking information is stored using Lovable Cloud. Hosting and payment providers process information needed to deliver their services. If you contact us through WhatsApp, that service processes your messages under its own privacy policy. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to resolve a payment dispute.

Marketing

News about future workshops is optional and requires your consent. You can withdraw that consent by contacting us. Declining marketing does not prevent a booking.

Cookies and advertising measurement

Optional Meta Pixel tracking is currently disabled. If enabled, it loads only after you accept marketing cookies and may share page visits, checkout or verified purchase events, workshop value and currency, and browser or device information with Meta. We do not send your name, email, mobile number or payment details as Pixel event fields. You can change your marketing-cookie choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. Declining stops future tracking by this site; it does not erase information already received by Meta.

Your browser may store your cookie choice and a purchase-measurement marker. Campaign information may be retained for the current tab session. These are separate from optional promotional-message consent.

Retention and security

We retain personal information only as needed to manage your booking, provide support, resolve disputes and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations. Records no longer needed for these purposes should be deleted or anonymised. Access to booking records is restricted to authorised personnel. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

For access, correction or deletion requests, withdrawal of marketing consent, or a privacy concern, contact Conscious Living Solutions at admin@consciousliving.solutions or WhatsApp +91 99801 06108. We may need to verify your booking identity before acting. Certain records may need to be kept where required by law.
